Pleasant The staff was great, let us switch rooms. The first room smelt like sewage like it was just unbearable. Front desk switched our rooms with no problem which was nice but then the second room smelt like smoke it was tolerable though I didn’t want to complain again The staff was very kind
Couple, 9 Day Stay in September 2021 Nothing to mention. People may argue that the room is on the smaller side but honestly I expect this when I stay in New York City. Also, this room felt more spacious and more open than most other rooms/hotels I've stayed in in NYC. Everything was perfect. We were there for 9 days to take a series of teaching exams. Wonderful
Hotel at Korean Avenue Be careful when choosing a room there is a lot of air vent motor noise at the backside! Very disturbing. (I added the photo.) No suitcases are taken to the storage room on the pretext of covid measures. The receptionist is often out of place. So you need to wait. Little bit old style but very clean huge room. So comfortable pillows and bed. Located on fancy Korean street full with Korean restaurants and people. Karaoke bars too :) It is a good hotel in terms of price benefit balance.

Very Good Besides the size, which I expected, nothing much. I think I get what I paid for. The location was very good and check-in was easy. The room was small but expected.
