Very Good Only one slow elevator. Room wasn't ready at check-in so had to wait a bit. Found a roach on the floor on the last day but hey, that's New York I guess. Proximity of things. Lots of food options. Room was spacious. Room looked clean.
Very Good The only thing I can say is the elevator there was only one and slow. Definitely the service and the attentive employees. The bed super comfortable and everything clean.

staff awesome It is in an area that is loud Friday and Saturday nights due to neighboring partying. we asked for quiet rooms so it wasn’t too bad- but a lot of car horn honking in middle of night. during week it was quiet. Just know that most people come to this area to party! As all reasonably priced NYC hotel rooms, the rooms are small but that’s to be expected. for example, with frige in the room we were not able to put the chair next to the desk. small rooms, no storage services the room is very small, no space at all. my weight is 55 kg and I barely walk between the bed and table. no storage services. if you want to leave your luggage before the departure, find something else. The location is good, nice personnel. quick check in, free wi-fi.
