Good hotel, great location. Just don't get stuck with one of their closet size rooms. Second time staying at this hotel. First time I had a very nice, spacious room. This time, my room was miniscule. Couldn't walk around bed without bumping into the wall. Should have asked to change rooms, but was so tired after checking in, I didn't want to deal with the hassle. Location; continental breakfast
I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED FOR A BETTER PLACE everything else... poor customer service, early check-in and late check-out for Genius members non-existing, very regular breakfast. Tiny rooms for what you pay, I booked a king room expecting something roomier, but there was barely enough room for the bed which btw had a soft foam mattress that killed my back. And there's no restaurant on the premises. Clean rooms, and very good location in near proximity to mayor attractions.
Awesome The shower knob is a mystery. You deserve a prize if you can figure out how to switch from the lower shower to the shower head!! The breakfast is bare minimum and the coffee and hot chocolate is too sweet. If you're just looking for a quick morning fix, it's still ok. Disappointed with being ripped off . Some staff were quite rude. They charged us extra when we arrived saying the room had only been booked for 1 person . But when they sent questionnaires to us , it was addressed to myself & my husband even though we hadn’t given them additional nfo during our stay . I have read that we are not the only ones this has happened to . Very clean . The bed was very cozy & it was ideally situated .
great time..helpful staff...would stay again no hand rails on front steps.....no grab bars in shower...recovering from foot sx and that was a problem. didn't ask for handicap room but thought all hotels have grab bars. close to the action....right where you want to be
Good Não ter microondas e frigobar no quarto. A Wi-Fi é fraca. Só funcionava dentro do quarto. Não consegui acessar internet no hall de entrada. E não consegui obter informação no hotel quanto a possíveis passeios na cidade. Descobri na rua e não sei se contratei a melhor opção.
