Good Rooms and building are dated.
Great location, centrally located to all the NY attractions. Our room was very small (only 1 nightstand) and very dark. We really needed more lights! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds super comfy! The continental breakfast was the usual, bagels super fresh!

Modern large rooms with very friendly staff and a perfect location. The lifts were very slow and the rooftop bar very expensive. Location was perfect for both walking and subway travel.

Overall excellent - would return without hesitation. Breakfast selections were quite limited, insufficient creamer for coffee, tightly packed room, crowded on a Sunday morning, was difficult to get what I wanted without being shoved aside. Toaster didn't work well. Unfamiliar with NYC, I did not know what to expect. In fact, the location of the hotel was ideal for my business, the rates were very affordable, the accommodations better than expected, and the staff friendly and helpful.
