Hotel central, cómodo pero básico Una chica en la recepción era muy desagradable y no te ayudaba con tus solicitudes, además, los últimos días de alojamiento el Wifi funcionaba muy mal, tuve que pedir ayuda en dos ocasiones para que lo solucionaran. La ubicación es muy buena, está central, llegas a todas partes en 10 minutos y en la esquina hay una estación de metro que te conecta con todo Manhattan.

A great location, and basic, nice accommodations. They didn’t clean my room on my last two days. Location was fantastic! No breakfast at hotel due to Covid restrictions.
Very Good Only one slow elevator. Room wasn't ready at check-in so had to wait a bit. Found a roach on the floor on the last day but hey, that's New York I guess. Proximity of things. Lots of food options. Room was spacious. Room looked clean.
Very Good The only thing I can say is the elevator there was only one and slow. Definitely the service and the attentive employees. The bed super comfortable and everything clean.
