Overall excellent - would return without hesitation. Breakfast selections were quite limited, insufficient creamer for coffee, tightly packed room, crowded on a Sunday morning, was difficult to get what I wanted without being shoved aside. Toaster didn't work well. Unfamiliar with NYC, I did not know what to expect. Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, and recommended good restaurant nearby. Can't complain about anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the location close to Penn Station was great.

Disappointing Une chambre pour 4 très petite. Des petits déjeuners médiocres avec des couverts et de la vaisselle en plastique jetable... du jamais vu!!! L'emplacement
I guess it was OK, but I would not stay here again. The door to my room did not close tightly. Door to room didn't fully close ... there was a gap all around the door which meant the door opened & closed slightly whenever anyone else opened a nearby door to their room. Also added to noise. I could hear my neighbors.
Very Good Was a bit difficult to find. Sign was very small and lots of construction on the street Excellent location

Disfrutamos la estadía El desayuno es igual todos los días. Los tragos del bar no eran buenos y si te atrasas en la hora feliz un minuto ya no corre. El orden y limpieza. El encargado de guardar maletas habla español y es muy cordial y la ubicación excelente.
