Good friendly staff & clean
Good location and nothing else. Tiny, old fashioned rooms. Horrible breakfast served in plastic plates and cups. Crowded hotel with no atmosphere and service. Just a bed to stay on. Location, location, location. Right next to the subway and in the heart of Midtown. Times Square just some blocks away.

Great budget location. NYC are just too expensive, The front desk took photocopies of our passports and credit cards and refused to give us those copies back when we checked out. This represented a huge security risk for myself and my traveling companion. Beds were comfortable - great location
Good emplacement excellent, au centre de NYC, près du métro; hôtel classique de bon niveau de confort; "complimentary breakfast" américain classique; chambres bien équipées et pas trop bruyantes (la rue est très fréquentée jour et nuit)
Good La habitación pequeña La máquina de café siempre disponible. La ubicación excelente a 50 metros de la 5ª Avenida y de Broadway. La atención en español del Concierge.
Disappointing
Fantastic location in the Big Apple. This is a suggestion for the next time they decorate. The towel rail and stand is positioned directly above the toilet. Twice during our 5 day visit, one of our party knocked a towel down the toilet when getting out of the shower. Perhaps the opposite wall would be a better position. So nothing dreadful. The location was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable which is important to me.
