Aggravating by convenient location. Not highly recommended The room had an odd sulfur smell. The staff was a bit clueless about the parking situation. You have to park across the street at 3rd party location and they don't seem to have a great partnership. Our room's view was straight into the kitchen of another businesss surrounded by brick walls. Good Wasn't warned that valet parking was cash only (had to go to garage to pay with a card, so ended up picking up car myself). Suited our purpose for an overnight trip to Radio City Music Hall. Room size was decent (shower was awesome, foam mattresses), staff was friendly, shopping everywhere of course, parking cheaper than other midtown hotels (and a choice of self-park or valet). Only regret was missing comp breakfast, rooftop happy hour and Korean restaurants along the street.

Tivemos problema com o o funcionário que cuidava do guarda volumes do hotel...deixamos 3 malas no hotel guardados depois do check-out e perguntamos sobre o comprovante das malas...Ele disse q estava tudo certo e não deu nenhum papel...antes disso reclamou dos nossos casados e fez comentários debochando achando que não estávamos entendendo...O que é isso? Lugar acogedor y limpio El desayuno podrian mejorarlo agregando mas variedad de frutas lo demas todo bien Me gusto la ubicacion a 2 cuadras del metro con lugares muy cerca para comer y hacer compras las habitaciones acogedoras y muy limpias fue muy agradable nuestra estadia
Disappointing 1. Scaffoldings everywhere - at the entrance and in front of the window of the room - obvious that the buiding was under renovation and this information was not given in advance and prices not discounted to that effect 2. Noise - Extremely noisy road and building at all time of the day & night. Windows are not double glaze meaning that you cant sleep at night with the perpetual noise coming from the street 3. We booked 3 months in advance and we had to move room on the second day Nothing
Good The room was so tiny. I was traveling along but even though I could not normally place and open my luggage. It was also very loud airconditioner outside the room, so even if you switch off your aircondition the noise of ventilation outside the window still bothers all the night long. I booked for two nights but stayed only one as it was unable to sleep normally (just stayed with my friends in different hotel).
