Excelente ubicación No limpian la habitación todos los días. El hotel es ordenado y tiene muy buena ubicación. Está a media cuadra del Herald Sq, donde hay entrada al subway, tiendas, Malls, Macys, Target, HM, además de estar rodeado de restaurantes y bares (que no son problema de ruido al descansar). A dos cuadras a la espalda está el Empire State. Recomendado por costo-beneficio.

Pleasant The staff was great, let us switch rooms. The first room smelt like sewage like it was just unbearable. Front desk switched our rooms with no problem which was nice but then the second room smelt like smoke it was tolerable though I didn’t want to complain again The staff was very kind
Couple, 9 Day Stay in September 2021 Nothing to mention. People may argue that the room is on the smaller side but honestly I expect this when I stay in New York City. Also, this room felt more spacious and more open than most other rooms/hotels I've stayed in in NYC. Everything was perfect. We were there for 9 days to take a series of teaching exams.
