lovely hotel in a great spot to be able to visit all landmarks. the bathroom was VERY small. i could barely move my arm and twist it around to get to the toilet paper and the sink was so tiny. we loved how it was near time square but far enough to not have everyone there outside. it was nice and quiet and near most landmarks.
it was good but not memorable no porter to help with luggage. you have to do everything yourself. no breakfast, no food at the facility. the rooms did not have a microwave or refrigerator. the size of the room was good. the cooling and heating system was good. comfortable beds. The location was great, has a lot of great places to see within walking distance

I really enjoyed staying. but since my apt is ready. I don’t need to go back they had refrigerator or microwave cleaned and lovely staffs with excellent service
Wonderful It’s in the ktown so it’s convenient to eat and shop nearby.
Good Zimmer leider nach der täglichen Reinigung teilweise dreckiger als vorher. Vor allem hatte das Housekeeping ihre Haare im ganzen Zimmer verteilt inkl Bar. Das war leider nicht sehr schön :( sehr zentrale Lage
Great place for friends to get away. I called several times before our visit and was never able to speak with a customer service representative. I wanted to ask about parking, which the hotel does not have. We ended up spending a ton of money for overnight parking. The beds were really comfortable. The room was extra dark too, which is nice since we took a midday nap after traveling. The front desk staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The location was great! Tons of good food in Korea town!
