Good but not perfect Was not possible to store bags after checkout. Was not possible to arrange taxi. No spare roll of toilet paper Location and silence
Good Nothing to complain beside the fact that we had no option to leave the bags after checking out. Still there would be an option at Penn station so reall y no deal breaking. But we decided to go to airport directly so no issue . It was better that we thought, after the horrible reviews read. It was clean, we got the room cleaned every day (tip on bed left between 3-5$) ,near the Korean street (nice easy food) and Penn station. Very Good they don't store bags!! I was shocked when I checked out. this was extremely inconvenient. if you find yourself in the same situation, check out luggage hero on 36th st inside the best western. you can store it there. but I honestly may not book here again due to this. great location and decent price for the central location
Good La rue de l hôtel très bruyante toute la nuit, musique, alcool et sûrement drogue devant et à proximité de l hôtel. Rue très sale Chambre fonctionnel et propre .Personnel poli et agréable, hôtel propre Emplacement au départ des visites
Recommended! I couldn’t keep the luggage at the reception so I had to guard the luggage before checking in (but I think it’s due to Covid that they’re not keeping luggage at the reception) - it could be cheaper, wait for discounts online! I loved the location: the subway is 3 mins walking (less end of the road — take ur right when you leave the hotel) I liked the room, very spacious (toilet is spacious too) The staff is very friendly especially the house keepers, they tend to clean the rooms everyday. Definitely recommended.
