Would stay in another place next time. No hot water half of the day. Heat did not work. Paper thin walls. Loud.

It was a great location The memory foam mattress was thin and not Comfortable at all. The noise level coming from the rooftop bar at 2am was really loud. The exiting patrons had no regard for other people staying on that floor.

Excelente El desayuno y que no tiene estacionamiento y es muy caro en esa zona y no dice en ningun que el hotel no tiene estacionamiento. La cama comodisima me gusto mucho.

Excellent The only thing we had trouble with was the shower. The tap sprays everywhere Great hotel, with friendly staff. The pictures were exactly like the room and the beds were comfortable.

Adequate room in bustling midtown Korea town location just steps from Herald Square Beyond unsympathetic to water main break. “Not our problem, We can help you find another room tonight if you want”. No interested in repairs. Needed to be pr,pied to give me a water to brush my teeth. Location, prompt bag collection from bellhop, bed was fine.
