Très bon rapport qualité prix Rien La localisation est parfaite. L accueil à été chaleureux.rien à redire sur la propreté. Très bonne insonorisation et le grand plus c'est le petit dejeuner offert. C est un hotel a recommander .J y retournerai sans probleme

Loved the location and convenience. Selection for breakfast and coffee/tea service was a bit limited. Room comfort and cleanliness. Staff. Proximity to times square, Broadway, and Subway
Non ci tornerei Entrata buia , personale poco simpatico, doccia in camera non funzionante, colazione scadente, solo due ascensori ( lentissimi), di cui uno di servizio per il personale, ma soprattutto tasse applicate troppe! Ho pagato molto di più di quanto mi aspettassi dalla prenotazione su booking! Allo stesso prezzo avrei potuto soggiornare in alberghi molto più belli. Buona la posizione, proprio sotto l’Empire, visibile anche dalla finestra della camera e dal roofgarden bar
Clean, comfortable and nice location. Three steps up to lobby was difficult with stroller but there was a lift which I didn't use since someone was available to help me.
