Perfect location clean and comfortable beds Only fault was not been able to pay up front the guy said we had to pay at check out which was a bit annoying as we wanted to our bill to be settled also that we had to freeze our friends credit card while we stayed so she was unable to use it as the hotel needs it for security. Hotel com excelente custo- benefício!!! É a 2ª vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e estava ainda melhor, ótimo custo -benefício, localização muito boa, metro bem próximo. Café muito bom!! Todo reformado!!

Fantastic hotel, comfy room, staff were friendly and helpful One of the lift's was broken on one of the days which was actually really difficult as we were on the 14th floor! We did walk up the stairs on one occasion and really regretted it haha. Also, the view was terrible but that's to be expected in an area where all the buildings are so close together. Very Good Breakfast was really simple. Location was good, lots of food choice. I kind of booked the last minute cheap queen room so that was a good deal.
