Gutes Hotel für Familien in New York in Top-Lage Zimmer ziemlich dunkel, da Fenster zum kleinen Innenhof. Ein Aufzug (von zwei Vorhandenen) war außer Betrieb, lange Wartezeit. Rooftop-Bar eher einfach und mit (teuren) Cocktails aus Plastikbechern. Sehr zentrale Lage in NY. Großes Zimmer, für 4 Erwachsene gut geeignet. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr groß und modern mit gutem Angebot an Speisen und Getränken, moderne Lobby. Die Zimmer wirken dagegen ein wenig veraltet. Die Betten waren gut.

Formidable séjour Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner copieux, et la situation de l'hôtel exceptionnelle.
Top Lage! Bar mit der Aussicht einfach atemberaubend! Ein Teil des Personals war ziemlich unfreundlich. In der Lobby war es sehr kalt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber ohne Abwechslung.
Nightmare Hotel The staff were not very Helpful, There was only one lift working, Breakfast was shocking. Charged me for booking in 2hours early. The only good thing about this Hotel was the Location. Central to the Heart of New York.

Best location ever... nice hotel too. Breakfast in the US hotels tends to be like this'... mediocre. Awesome views from the hotel terrace to the Empire State Builidng.
