Glad it was short-lived! The computers were down when we arrived and at first they were not going to give us a room but, since we had to be at a musical with only 50 minutes to spare and needed to change our clothes, they decided to make copies of my license and credit card and assign us a room. Then, we asked the concierge to get us a taxi and she refused. In addition, the next morning, my daughter took a shower and ran out of cold water. Very enjoyable No view from my room just a building outside The staff were very helpful the breakfast was what I expected and value for money in such a good location
Pleasant Lobby bathrooms and coffee machine were out of service. That area in the basement was smelly. Whenever the persons in the room next door closed their door, our bed shook...like an earthquake.

Boa estadia Pequeno almoço muito industrializado com produtos básicos e sem variedade. Todos os dias a mesma coisa. O quarto era pequeno mas muito confortável, o pequeno almoço era fraco, muito industrializado. O que vale a pena neste hotel é mesmo a sua localização, excelente, mesmo próximo da Macy’s e com o Empire State atrás com estação de metro e comboio bastante próximas. Vale muito a pena.
Pleasant Chauffage très bruyant dans la chambre et trop froid si on l arrêtait ! Le personnel n a pas fait grand chose affirmant que C était dans toute les chambre pareil ! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car impossible de dormir à cause de ça dommage !
Convenient and comfortable! For what it was worth I have no complaints, I wasn’t impressed with the upstairs bar except the view of the Empire State Building was really awesome to look up at and the staff was very friendly. I went up to check out what all it offered while my son and his dad were taking an intermission at the room. The hotel coffee was typical for what you’d expect it to be.
