Great location to explore NY. Warm, clean and has all you need as a base. Rooms are a bit small, and there is absolutely no view from the windows due to the scaffolding. Even without it, you're simply looking at the buildings opposite which are mostly Asian restaurants. The front desk was very slow and the lifts are super slow which gave me a frustrating wait on more than one occasion. Good location, comfy if small room. Perfect base for exploring NYC. Fab, so central to everywhere, couldn't fault it and it's own roof top bar !!! :) Loved everything about this hotel, so central, breakfast was perfect for what we wanted. It even had it's own roof top bar with fab cocktails. Couldn't fault them on anything.

I would reccomend this to anyone, great value hotel with an excellent location. There is nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect. We loved everything about this hotel, the location is so central it's really easy to get to everything. All the staff were really polite and helpful and made our experience amazing!
