Amazing Very friendly staff
Un lugar cómodo cerca de todo la habitación que nos dieron 813 (creo) era muy pequeña. Al abrir la puerta del placard no se podía salir del baño. Muy pequeño Unos días antes, estuvimos en la 410 que era excelente (Sumamente amplia y cómoda con un pequeño estar). Muy cómodas las camas
Good value Had requested walk in shower but the request didn't show on the reservation according to the check in staff. Offered to move us later- next day- but we declined. Bath had no grab bars so was a bit challenging. And there's not a railing at the front steps. Need to hold onto the lift that was always folded when we were there. We aren't handicapped but are older and appreciate safety extras. No hot items for breakfast. No toppings for oatmeal. Bed a bit too soft but this seems to be a trend. Great choice of accommodation to visit NYC with ease A/C was too cold in the lobby, street outside was smelly but you forget about it once inside Excellent location, modern hotel, value for money

Exceptional The bed was extremely comfortable, room was a good size considering the area. The hotel was very quiet, we didn't hear any outside or hallway noise. Check in and check out were easy.
Excellent Under construction The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and it includes breakfast. Parking is easy and close by.
