Personal muy amable, el hotel es limpio, esta a un paso de todo La habitación que nos asignaron los últimos 3 días (n°813), luego de volver de Boston, era sumamente pequeña, sin lugar para poner las valijas ni casi para caminar . Si estaba abierta la puerta del placard, no podíamos abrir la del baño porque chocaban. Great location nothing clean, comfy and near to subway
Du pour et du contre Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas digne d'un hotel de cette taille, même si ce n'est pas très americain de savoir faire des petit-déjeuners ( aucun pain frais, des oeufs durs assez douteux, tout en plastic : les couteaux, les assiettes, les tasses etc - un peu de confiture et de beurre en petits emballages comme unique accompagnement pour les boules de pain) L'air conditionné est tellement froid dans le hall et la très petite salle pour le petit-déjeuner qu'il fallait presque ramener un pull, pour y r... read more
Good time The accommodations were good. Bathroom -tub wouldn't drain& door needed to be repaired minor other than that i/my family felt safe&slept well.
Small room but great service Room was extremely small but that's usual for a hotel in NYC Location was convenient. Also bed was comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice.
Good Matress was very soft, what can cause pain in the backs. The building is very close to the ESB, and to a subway station.
