Horrible Breakfast and Tiny room. Tiny room, expensive parking and breakfast was horrible. The food was being eaten by flies, spiders, and humans. The staff was slow to clean up after guests, the breakfast area was too small for all the guests and the spread was not good. Cheap food options that were not worth the discomfort nor negative energy created by entering the area. Location.
Very Good The price was below other hotels in the area and just as good.

Value for money in the heart of midtown, a place to sleep. Slow lift and only 2. Smell of room. Old building and nothing much can be changed. Location
A great location to live in New York City. Rooms are well proportioned and the staff is helpful. The AC unit placed on the floor is a big eye sore and it makes a huge noise, so that needs to change. There is no luggage rack in the room that I stayed so it was difficult to bend down every time you need to reach to your bag. The rooms are well proportioned otherwise and comfortable. The location is amazing, you can almost walk to many NY attractions.
