Sehr empfehlenswertes, sauberes Hotel an bester Lage. Der Frühstücksraum ist für die vielen Zimmer etwas zu klein und düster. Für anspruchsvolle Frühstücker dürfte auch die Auswahl zu bescheiden sein, uns genügte es aber. Toplage gleich hinter dem Empire State Building. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss problemlos erreichbar. U-Bahnstation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber und vor allem überraschend ruhig. Gute Matratzen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Tolles Hotel, super Lage - gerne wieder! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 12. Stock mit Kingsize-Bett - sehr großzügig und ruhig. Das Frühstück war ok. Personal sehr freundlich und eine mega Lage!! Gerne wieder!

Ruidosa habitación y no por el tráfico de la ciudad La habitación era ruidosa y eso sin encender el aire, si lo enciendes parece que estás en un camión. Pedimos cambiar de habitación y después de visitar cuatro más, eran todas igual de ruidosas. Personal bastante desagradable. Está bien situado muy cerca de Macy’s y del Madison Square
En general muy buen hotel con buena ubicacion Nos toco una habitacion en el segundo piso que daba al frente del hotel y era muy ruidosa

One of Manhattan’s best choices! There is always room for improvements, but overall it was a pleasant stay. Comfortable bedroom, excellent location in Manhattan, very good breakfast and amenities. Staff was helpful and efficient whenever required. Although the fares may be a little bit above average, it is actually one of the most competitive places in town. Afterall, it’s New York...
Excellent La atención de Tom en el servicio de conserjería, sobre todo que habla español y eso nos facilito bastante. Otro punto a destacar es la ubicación muy buena.
Confortável Da rua do Hotel, muitos caminhões realizando entregas depois das 18 horas e com isso a rua ficava com um odor forte. Para o Brasileiro é o suficiente.
