All in all hotel was friendly. Outside walk to hotel was dirty. Carpet soiled. Elevator had an odor. Loved the clean bathroom

Good Room was too dark
Good central location. No hot breakfast. Basic cereal plus toast/bagel etc. Walking distance to Times Square and Penn Street Station. Being relocated to another room after complaining about the excessive street noise. Comfortable room. Pleasant house keeping staff.
