Highly recommended! The heating was automatic and I prefer to have the heating on while its winter as the room gets cold quickly. Staff is very kind. The rooms are modern, clean and stylish.
Overall I would stay again in a double just because familiar now and beds were decent. Breakfast needs help overall. We stayed two times 3 days apart. The first room 809 with doubles was roomy the second with a king was claustrophobic and much smaller for 2 adults. Also the second room 512 had a neighboring door that slammed shut startling us each time. Morning noon and night. Needs to be fixed Located in Korea town close to subway and good restaurants and shopping close to Empire State Building

awesome stay with great location oh my goodness, awesome location and very comfortable stay breakfast... not so much coffee..free but not good tasting but the food is everywhere in NYC so no prob on that

Very Good La camera al quarto piano era poco insonorizzata ed alle 4 del mattino si veniva svegliati dai rumori della strada. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Al sottopiano c’è la palestra (gratuita) con due tapis roulant, una ciclette ed una ellittica oltre ad una macchina multifinzione per i pesi. Sempre al sottopiano ci sono macchinette gratuite per caffè e cioccolata. La colazione (con piatti e posate di carta) offre sostanzialmente cose dolci, buona per noi italiani.
