A very relaxed stay. mentioned above Excellent staff, very friendly and willing to acomodate you. The Bed coul be more confortable but the rest of the room is ok. Location is great.
Our group of four were all pleased with hotel and would stay again. Breakfast area a little small for number of people converging on area but it was Christmas season in NY. Room was spacious. Good location with subway at corner. Continental breakfast key to good start to day.

Right in the Heart of the City That Never Sleeps The property was undergoing renovation on the outside. The soundproofing to the exterior windows was poor. It was noisy up until 1.00am with construction work and then again the noise started at 6.00am. Good hot shower, confortable bed and a decent sized room which was clean.
Nice place and I will use this property again. Size of room and no view. The bed was comfortable.
all are ok except Traval help In house travel agents are not good. hotel is in prime area, and comfort to all visiting places.
Good Мебель немного старовата, дверь в номер я бы сказал очень условная и расположение отеля, вроде центр, хорошо всё, но находится рядом корейскими заведениями, довольно шумно. Хороший отель, жил в одноместном номере, кровать большая в меру, сам номер ну метров 17 может, Медисон рядом 5 минут, метро, 5 Авеню 100 метров, ну и все достопримечательности соответственно, до всего можно дойти пешком, разве, что Мемориал Близнецов и Музей Естественной Истории, лучше ехать, на цокольном этаже автомат с водой, можно налить чай, горя... read more
Great location Tiny room,poor view from the window, poor quality plates and cups in breakfast room.Crowded breakfast room.Safe was placed too high for me.No chair in the room to stand on and get to safe.Slow elevators. Comfortable bed, clean room,excellent location, close to Penn station.
