Perfekt um Manhattan zu erkunden Die Lüftung im Zimmer war etwas laut. Das Frühstück war zwar ok, aber ist in der Form (Plastikgeschirr, keine Wurst, kein Schnittkäse, kein Gemüse, nur verwässerter Kaffee und wenig Auswahl) nicht mein Geschmack. Das Concierge Service konnte uns leider mit der öffentlichen Anbindung zum Flughafen nicht helfen (wir haben es dann selbst ergoogelt), ich verstehe den Sinn des Service aber auch nicht ganz. I liked the location but would prefer to choose elsewhere next time. Staff are not very attentive. The first lady who attended me I met when I arrived was almost rude, speaking to me like she was scolding me and giving me orders. Value for the location was good. Housekeeping staff are doing a great job.

We had a pleasant day we even enjoyed the roof top. There was nothing I didn't like . Staff was friendly and very helpful.
For the price and location and free breakfast we were more than satisfied This is an older refurbished building that might be showing its age somewhat but for location and price and friendly staff I would return there. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Having breakfast there was an extra plus since it saved lots of time and the choices were very adequate.
