Great hotel, great service overrall and fab location. The only detractor from this excellent service was one receptionist whom was abrupt, rude and reluctant to assist no matter how small the request might be. I hope the management come to see how she is the only weak link in their high standard of customer service. I will be emailing the hotel directly to give the woman's name.
