Fair Le petit dejeuner est exécrable. Peu de choix, pas ou presque de réassortiment. Pas assez de place. Et pour finir, une qualité et propreté déplorable au restaurant. Literie confortable et situation intéressante

Exceptional The complimentary breakfast
Pleased Size of the room. No view but I didn't ask for one that Would be my fault. I had a request for a high floor and they took care of it. Everyone was helpful and kind.They secured our luggage even after we checked out so we could finish our tour.
Great location and comfortable. The elevators are slow. Fantastic location for budget price. The bed was great, staff was helpful and friendly.
Awesome place to stay for a Midtown location! Evening Staff was less knowledgable and prepared than expected. Needed a little more training in Customer Service. Asked for Directions. Rather than Looking, they said they didn't know where it was! Could have been a better experience. The bed was Great, Everything was very clean, location was exceptional, Bathroom was nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to NYC!
Great location, comfortable, even with not-so-friendly staff. Front desk and bellman were less than friendly, though nothing offensive, just not so customer oriented. A lot of plastic and paper are thrown into the garbage as breakfast is served on disposable, styrofoam plates with plastic silverware and paper cups. The location and facilities were great, the chambermaid was nice, Parking was super convenient and we would stay here again, even if the elevator will NOT break any speed records.
Exceptional Breakfast is not so desirable but good enough to hold you at the start of the day. Needs improvement in that area. Pls add half and half or regular milk in the menu. Spacious room, clean and great location. This hotel will always be in my list of places to stay in NYC. In fact we are booking for a room again today. I hope our room will just be as good as the one we just recently had.
