Suitable Hotel for my Needs I booked a Queen Room and the first room I got was slightly larger than the bed plus bathroom. As I was staying 4 days and needed a desk and chair, I requested a move which they did immediately. That room was not much bigger, but it is NYC. So a dislike that was promptly taken care of for me. Wonderful Solo hay dos ascensores para el hotel y el bar de la terraza, y suelen tardar bastante. El desayuno esta bien pero el aire acondicionado del comedor era exagerado. Cama comodisima, y la ubicación justo al lado del Empire State.

Very Good El desayuno era bastante escaso, sin variedad y hacía mucho frío. Los empleados del desayuno no eran muy amables. El servicio de concierge para el shuttle al aeropuerto, no muy fiable. Cogimos un shuttle privado que era más caro y llegó con retraso, pero llegó un minibus con más gente dentro. Reclamamos el dinero y la responsable se hacía la loca. Good Rooms are small but it's NY and space is always at a premium! So much to do in the City that you don't spend much time there, anyway. Ample breakfast with enough seating. Location is good with subway at the corner. Walking distance from Penn Station.

Good Value for Money About the only negative was the elevators are small and fairly slow, so occasionaly you have to wait in line to use the elevators. The location is great. Being right in midtown with an easy walk to everything.

très beau séjour, je recommande cet hotel Le personnel a refusé de nous appeler un taxi en disant qu'il ne connaissait pas le numéro, ceci est ridicule. le confort du lit haut de gamme. la situation de l'hotel permet de se déplacer facilement
