Great choice for NYC! Female receptionist was not smiling and answered my question with a quick, rude reply. Helpful male staff; except conceige. He was difficult to find and was not forthcoming with information. Breakfast was delicious and well done. Location is outstanding. Great value for a safe and clean room.
Exceptional
Clean, and customer oriented stay I didn't really like that the coffe and water was in the basement, but that is minor. The front desk, Tom was very very friendly. He had great customer service. The location was very accessible to every thing.

Very Good Neighbours doors slamming hard in the hallway. Maybe soundproof the doors? Small elevators. Confortable bedding. Amazing view of the Empire State building from the 10th floor window. Friendly staff.
Good Karig ontbijt in disposables zeer goede lokatie. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
