Pleasant personnel peu aimable, on dirait des robots sans expression et l'hôtel ressemble à une usine, pas très accueillant situation parfaite, milieu de manhattan et proche de tout (du métro en particulier)

Great location Room key kept not working and had to be reset by reception on several occasions. Didn't have a great view. Free tea and coffee, great location, comfy beds.
