Pleasant Front desk people not very friendly Room and breakfast.
Enjoyed the stay but not so happy with the overcharge. The hotel charged me $160.76 more than my hotel bill. I called and questioned them about the additional funds they billed my card and they said it was for any additional charges that might be billed after I left the hotel. They said they would credit my account but it has not appeared on my credit card yet. I will check for credit on my card again tomorrow.
Una gran ubicación y un buen desayuno La primera noche nos dieron una habitación en la 2ª planta que apestaba a tabaco (a pesar de haber reservado expresamente una habitación para no fumadores) y la ventana daba a un patio interior con todas las máquinas de aire acondicionado. Pedimos que nos cambiaran la habitación y nos dijeron que no nos podrían dar otra hasta las 12 del medio día del día siguiente. Muito bom. Quarto muito pequeno. Atendimento, localização, conforto.
Great location! Not so good staff... There was one person on the staff that was very rude. I booked a king smoking room, and they said they only had a queen smoking. The man at the front said they would still have to charge me for a king room if they give me the queen. I found out later that it was not guaranteed for the smoking part of the hotel. A birthday weekend away with my daughter! The lifts do take some time to come - sometimes it was quicker to walk! The location was very central for all the sights of New York. The beds were comfy and the rooms clean. The continental breakfast was just right for us - you could have as much or as little as you wanted. Staff very friendly and helpful.
