Zentrales Hotel mit sehr unfreundlichem Empfangspersonal Personal an der Rezeption durchgehend sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Bei 2 Aufenthalten wurden wir von sämtlichen Damen grußlos und ziemlich wortlos regelrecht abgefertigt, was besonders in den USA im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels mehr als negativ auffällt. Frühstücksgeschirr besteht ausschließlich auch Kunststoff und nach dem Frühstück sitzt man vor einem entsprechenden Müllberg. Bruyant et mauvais petit déjeuner Bruyant : manque d'isolation acoustique au droit des fenêtres et entre chambres. Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité. Manque de personnel au Check in : attente de 30 minutes. Bonne première impression (accès, hall).
