Pleasant The bed was very uncomfortable. The room should have a refrigerator. Great location. Close to parking and subways

Wonderful The elevator wait was a bit long. We really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. The rooms were very clean a bit small, but comfortable. We really loved the location, we were able to walk to time square in a matter of minutes.

El mejor hotel para disfrutar Manhattan!!!!! La atención en el RoofTop, no fue la mejor aunque el lugar y la vista es espectacular. Todo, en especial la atención y preocupación de la Señora Nereida encargada del piso en donde estaba nuestro cuarto el 1116, super amable y siempre haciéndonos sentir como en casa. El Señor Raul a la entrada muy amable y siempre con muy buena onda y ayudando en todo. Buena elección!!! Excelente ubicación, comodidad y limpieza de las habitaciones. Además, cuenta con desayuno y servicio de café a toda hora!
A pleasant night stay in Manhattan The fact that there is no visible sign of the hotel except a tiny one on the wall.. Which could be seen during the DAY ...it took my friends more than 1 hr to find it in the night despite walking by it a million times. We eventually took a taxi and he only drove less than 30sec and said we where there...he himself couldn't see it ...eventually we did but it was so FRAUSTRATING Right in Manhattan and the breakfast was okay
