Unexpected Extra Unaccounted for Fees and an unbelievably small room!! The room was unbelievably small...the end of the bed was literally at the door! I booked a king room but when I got there they gave a queen room. They took $30 in extra fees but couldn't show it on their invoices but I clearly had it in my bank transactions and when I showed it to them they said it was my bank... Not true!! So I'm out of an extra $30. Convenient location
Very Good
Wonderful Room was very small, but as expected for NYC Price was great, close to Penn and subways. Rooftop bar had cool views, and the breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise

ONCE IS ENOUGH! The elevator situation is really bad, two is not enough and they are very small, only about four people w/suitcases can fit. Staff was very helpful in providing directions. Hotel should have a bigger or better sign in front, if you blink you will pass it!
Great stay close to Penn Station There were some issues with the shower - couldn't adjust the stream - and the tub was a bit slow to drain. This was minor. Location was great, hotel staff were friendly, evening happy hour for guests, clean facility, comfortable beds.
All the things you need in a NYC hotel...value, location, service Breakfast was minimal. The space is small so getting food/beverage was a little chaotic. Still a great perk. Super friendly staff at check-in/out. Bellman was very helpful with bags. Comfy bed. Great location.
