comfy hotel in a central location of Manhattan. within walking distance to the Empire State building We were put in a tiny noisy room on our first night that smelt of smoke.Could hardly sleep. Luckily we were moved to a better room for the rest of our stay. Bed comfy. Adequate breakfast. Great view of the Empire State building from the Roof Top bar.Enjoy a cocktail at night with such a glorious view. See picture.

Charged extra for nothing! Check-in was slow. Charged for extra guest. There were only 2 of us in one bed. Breakfast was limited. Slow elevators. Quiet. Good Bed and room. Location is great

Petit déjeuner très très médiocre quand on reste une semaine on en a assez .des yaourts seulement aux fruits chimiques, le jus d'orange de synthèse qui vous attaque l'estomac, les fruits:pommes insipides ou bananes du Nicaragua (bonnes);Pas même d'orange. Can't get a better loacation in Manhattan Can't complain Great location , comfortable bed , breakfast was basic but good friendly staff .
Great hotel but very poor customer relation I original booked from the 28-30/3/3016 but realised I was flying out from Philly on the 30th. Change to 27-29th unknown to me it generated a second booking. Came home to find that I was being for a 'no show' for the original dates. The hotel who refused to waive the penalty charges even though I did stay and it was an error. Personally I think it is poor show for the hotel.
