Comfortable and well located. Too expensive for the terrible service Front end staff was unhelpful. Answers to questions were incomplete or just plain wrong. Never saw the doorman do a single thing for anyone, not help with a suitcase or call a taxi in the whole week we were there. Room was large. Bed was comfortable
מקום מצוין עם תמורה למחיר החדר עצמו קטן אבל ככה זה במלונות במנהטן המיקום של המלון ממש במרכז מנהטן, כרבע שעה הליכה לטיימס סקוור,קרוב למדיסון סקואר גארדן ולתחנת פאן, כמו כן ממש בתחילת הרחוב נמצאת תחנת סאבוי. המלון עצמו נוח ומספק ארוחת בוקר וקפה.
Séjour à New york Le déjeuner est industriel, pas assez de place dans la salle pour prendre celui ci aux heures de pointes, équipement insuffisant, beaucoup de bruit,petite salle de bain. Pas bon rapport qualite/prix La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale,le personnel est très gentil et il fait très propre

GREAT LOCATION, VERY COMFORTABLE ROOM I was in Manhattan for business; the location was great--right near Penn Station and subway lines. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast room--got me started on my new day very nicely.
