We had a great stay as hotel in good location close to shops & attractions. Also handy for subwayfro No tea in room just coffee machine. Didn't like the plastic cutlery at breakfast disposable dishes were ok but would have preferred proper crockery. The location of hotel. The cleanliness of room. The fact that breakfast was included in price.

Excellent Location We got a smokey smell in our room when we used the aircon system at night. I read another review that mentioned this issue happening to them also. Luckily we stayed in winter & could do without the a/c. If it had been summer it could have been a whole different story. Location was very good. Walking distance to Madison Square Garden & Macy's. Subway stop literally 3mins from door of hotel.
Taxes Watch out for all the extra added taxes (sales tax etc.)! Breakfast at the hotel is a nightmare as there was too many people and not enough dining space. Do not order a shuttle to the airport. The guy who picked us up drove like a maniac. He was very unfriendly and grumpy with a real bad attitude. The location is good. The staff is helpful and friendly.
