Cheguei de madrugada e fui muito mal recepcionada, o atendente não fez um mínimo esforço para agradar, parecia que estava fazendo um favor para mim, precisei de ajuda e simplesmente ignorou. Esse Hotel nao é barato por isso devia se importar mais com os hóspedes. Convenient & Clean, with Breakfast! We loved the rooftop bar, sipping drinks and looking at the Empire State Building just a couple of blocks away. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff.
