Pleasant I bought tickets for Broadway from the concierge and was not explained about the full cost. He never explained about the booking fee. I had a few issues with the bathroom cleanliness, but once I spoke with the room maid it was all taken care of!
Bon hôtel pour un premier séjour touristique à New York Quartier "korean way" très sale et mal odorant (poubelles dans toute la rue). Accueil pas terrible lors de l'arrivée et lobby beaucoup trop froid. Bon emplacement car possibilité de tout faire à pied ou presque. Bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre calme.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder... -wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen wie das was wir gebucht haben, weil das Hotel ausgebucht/überbucht war (wir haben ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, haben aber ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, das zu Anfang recht stark gestunken hat!!) / dafür haben wir keine "Entschädigung" bekommen, die evtl. angebracht gewesen wäre -sehr gute Lage, wir haben ganz Manhattan zu Fuß erkundet

As I said, I feel the price of the room was too high for the value, but maybe that's just New York. The room was way overpriced for its size, which seemed about equal to that of a jail cells. I barely had enough room to put my things in the appropriate places without feeling cramped. I liked the free unlimited telephone calls and the accessible basement area with the snacks and fitness center.
Good The lifts
Excellent Wifi was poor. Sometimes lengthy waits for the elevator. Otherwise, everything was great. Good location very close to Empire State Building. Clean, friendly, quiet. Seemed like great value for Manhattan.
