Lovely time in NYC, great location, and friendly staff. The out hotel sign is very small and hard to locate. The elevators took way too long. The location was conveniently located to MSG. The saff was friendly and helpful.
Okay Hotel is not clean enough, mainly the restroom in common area. Room is looking old fashion but clean and conforteble, location is excellent, you are close to all the attractions and close to the subway.

Good There was lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room, very unpleasant for a non-smoker.
Great Place, Great Staff and a Wonderfully Centralized Location The elevators are extremely slow and there needs to be at least two restrooms in the basement near the gym. Bring back the hard bowled eggs at breakfast. I liked the location and the staff. The staff was very helpful with the rooms and restaurant/meal suggestions.
Prima verblijf in een prima hotel op een toplocatie. Geen negatieve ervaring gehad. Als er iets te noemen is, dan is het de drukte in de ontbijtruimte. De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Vlak om de hoek van het Empire State Building is het hotel heel centraal gelegen.

Value for money and well placed for sight seeing but get a room at the back of the hotel if you can. Our room was located at the front of the Hotel and the noise levels were excessive even by NY standards. A lot of partying goes on in the bars and clubs - all night! Location, reasonably priced for NY
