Clean comfortable, but small, room at great price near Macy's and Penn Station The only downsides were that the queen room I had was very small (you had squeeze by in some places) and the elevators had no A/C. But for the price I paid this was far better than comparably priced alternatives, many of which did not even have a private bath. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prima hotel voor stedentrip, goede locatie. Het dakterras is niet toegankelijk onder de 21 jaar. Voor hotelgasten wordt geen uitzondering gemaakt. Konden dus niet iets drinken met onze 16-jarige zoon.
Great visit to New York One of the bar staff was slightly rude to my 20 year old son who accompanied me to the bar to view the Empire State Building lit up at night.He only wanted a coke but was made to feel very awkward. Great location.Very close to the Empire State Building which could be viewed from the roof top bar.Staff were very helpful.Breakfast could get very busy but only to be expected.Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.We only visited the bar once but it was very busy.All in all a great visit to New York.
