Great location, nice space, great price great location, great staff, very accommodating
Good hotel in the middle of NYC. The breakfast was basic. I wish there were more options. But there was Waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, bagel, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, banana and sour red apple. Very small King size bedroom. With our 2 luggages on the floor, was hard to walk around. Closeby 5-8 minutes walk to major Subway lines. Well soundproof and temperature controlled. Nice friendly staff and clean. Near Penn station.

location over rules all the negatives. Some unknown bug in bathroom, don't even want to know what it was.air con loud. Breakfast not great, but was free.. would have been better if it went on for another hour though, after exploring city until late didn't want to have to get up early every day so missed breakfast a few days. Bed was very comfy,room ok size for new York. Location was amazing!
A minute away from Empire State Building. Breakfast didn't have many options. Space was a bit too small. The location was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great value near Penn station Great location near to Penn station and Madison Square Garden. Newly renovated interior, clean with friendly staff.

Bon hôtel bon personnel Je m'attendais a un petit déjeuner plus copieux. Mais il est malgrès cela très correct. Accueil du personnel très sympa, hôtel propre. Nous. Avons apprécié le lit géant, la vue du bar de la terrasse.
