Exceptional I didn't like that after booking for 7 day that when I wanted to check out after 6 days you could check out without a penalty. You should offer that on your web site. The bed was like a fluffy cloud. It was too soft for my back . The staff and housekeeping were always very helpful. We had a barking dog left in the room next to us. When I called the front desk,she came and told us the dog was left alone in the hotel room. The contacted the owners to come back and get the dog.

advertised balcony with furniture but too small & too close to next room. Breakfast was exactly the same both days, no variety...not very flavorful. Pretty basic. Quiet

Very clean room and friendly staff Breakfast sausage patties were over cooked. The rest of the breakfast was wonderful very good food. location was very nice and also great view of river.

Overall I liked it for it's convience and great view. The room did have an outdated feel. The walls are a little thin. I could hear the next room guest snoring. Love, Love, Love the location! You get a beautiful view of the lake. It is close by to the shops and great restaurants. Wish I could have stayed one more night!

I would definitely stay there again. Nothing I can think of. Room very nice. Bed very comfortable (firm without being hard). Breakfast very good. Hotel is on a hillside and has a nice view of the lake. Staff very friendly and helpful. A very good stay.
