Exceptional I left a tote bag in my room after I checked out, & realized this within an hour after I left. I called the hotel that I would come back to pick it up in a few hours after I finished a meeting, & they had the bag waiting for me at the front desk.

Excellent Paper thin walls? Could hear muffled conversations and alarm clock in next room. Great view of lake and Christmas lights.

Excellent Place to Stay! By far the nicest hotel I've stayed in. From the delightful, very friendly and accommodating lady at the front desk upon Check In, to the amazingly kind, patient and efficient lady working hard to keep the delicious hot breakfast choices well-stocked and the dining room clean while myself and three girl's basketball teams swarmed in hungry for Texas shaped waffles. Both ladies and the beautiful, immaculate facility made it a Must Return visit!

A little overpriced but great location It was exactly what one expects from a budget hotel. Location, right next to the Colorado River and Marble Falls. Great view!

Exceptional Nothing - it’s perfect! A warm friendly greeting from Christianna at the beginning of our visit. The room was outstanding and everything was so very nice! The free breakfast in the morning was outstanding. The large variety of food and beverages was kept fresh and clean. Check out was a breeze and left us with a wonderful impression, just like when we arrived.
