A little get a way Reserved a room on upper floor. Upon arrival I was told that my room was the only room and the didn't have what I paid for. If she hadn't lied to me about no rooms, would have paid more to get 3rd floor. I stay here 3 to 4 times a year and you would think a frequent guest would be treated better. I was staying by myself this visit and the safety of the 3rd floor entrance was on my mind. I may stay at the Hampton or Holiday inn next time. I love the hotel. That's why I stay here. We receive numerous requests for upper floor rooms and for this reason we impose an additional fee for the upper floors, guests paying the additional fee are guaranteed an upper floor, all other requests are on an availability basis.
