Great, the first night The first night was fine, I got a great nights sleep. The 2nd night was awful. My neighbor watched TV, pretty much as high as the volume could possibly go. I called the front desk, and he turned it down for about 15 minutes and then turned it right back up. The next morning the front desk clerk said she could hear the TV from 3 doors down. Good but not without disappointment Advertising on Booking.com was misleading.. When booked, advertised a balcony or patio room. When checking in, I asked for balcony. She said that it was an upcharge but sign at desk said upcharge was for the upper two floors. Our patio view looked into parking lot. Also expected a hot breakfast and access to pool. Due to Covid, neither were available. Only reasons I selected this hotel which was more expensive than a different one, were all for not. Nice room with really tall ceilings, cle... read more

nice inn on the river perhaps it's due to Covid staffing but my room never got cleaned. i slept late the first day and ro service knocked bit never came back. the staff was super helpful

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was efficient and friendly and everything was very clean. nothing The room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent and the whole hotel was grand and lovely. The best part is the staff. Our family has left things in rooms before but this is the first time the hotel contacted me about it and had them bagged and ready to pick up.
