It was peaceful and beautiful. No hot breakfast yet it’s still included in the price. The front desk staff was not very personable. The balcony facing the water

It's okay for where it is because the choices are few. The view of the river is nice, We have stayed there twice now and both times they have tried to charge us more than what we booked the room for. Also, they blame it on Booking.com. The next very odd thing that they do is that they have large rooms on the second floor and they name them different names. Very Good Full breakfast buffet. Not ypur fault. I'm not complaining . Rooms clean. Beds comfortable.. would stay n future. Good location.

Enjoyed our stay. We will be back! We enjoyed our stay. It was just what we needed. The view from the balcony was nice. Perfect location since we were driving back and forth from Burnet and Lampasas. It was also nice and quiet.
