Disappointing The room was not cleaned. There was hair everywhere. The staff was not happy that we asked for it to be cleaned or for another room. The room itself was run down with old broken items (TV, dresser). The food was very bland with not much of a selection. The location...Close to Miami Airport

The Quinta Miami North ashames your company. I reserved a shuttle and paid a reservation fee to the Miami port. An advertisement of that service was posted in reception. The day of the service they told me that it was a third party company and refused to provide the service. They wanted just to return the resevation fee and throw me one 10 $ Bill on the counter. I made a reservation for 4 people including my wife. But she arrived to Miami one hour before ne. Staff not helpful. Reserved services not provided. Attempt to harrasment me. Nothing.

Very bad hotel Nothing. when we got hotel, they had already cancelled are rooms. we had to pay full price the room, and it was the same room we reserved> Then we had absolutely NO towel's we only had rags. I would not have my dog stay there. We had to fix the toilet. We had to get a roll a way that was very dirty. They ran out of all breakfast items. The manager said that Booking.com was to blame for what happened to are rooms. If anyway possible that we can get a refund for all the trouble we had with hotel. Thank You Rhond... read more
Fair Pretty noisy given the location so close to the airport, wish it were quieter, hard to get sleep I liked the convenience of the airport shuttle

Bad The room was disgusting. Tub was full of hair. No towels or wash cloths and when I did go downstairs to get some the tall gentleman at the counter told me he doesn't work the front desk although he checked me in the night before. When I did get the towel and ready to use it the towel was full of black stains as if they cleaned the floor with them. Never again.
