We were under whelmed. When we stayed there pre-covid it was a much nicer establishment. The outside of the motel had chunks of siding missing. The breakfast only had two sources of protein, egg patty and peanut butter. The motel felt dinghy and outdated Not much. Frankly, we were disappointed.

Bates motel The hotel was old rundown dirty and disgusting. You advertised an updated clean hotel and when we arrived the hotel was rundown looking even from the outside. The hotel sign wasn't even working. I wish I could get my money back. I feel like I was going to get a disease. I was too scared to take a shower. Thank God my stay was just overnight Customer service was friendly.

Wasn't worth the money I spent to stay for 2 days. For the price of $273.00 & a $50.00 deposit for a room that had no wash cloths in it, but had towels. The ac unit dripped all night long. The room was not the actual room that was shown on the website. However the bed was comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast there!

Disappointing The rooms were not up to date as shown on the pictures,It also smelt like mildew inside the rooms.
