Disappointing I was so disappointed by the pre authorization charge on my card before I even got there and then got officially charged when I checked in which left my account in a negative state because of 2 charges. I chose this hotel because I didn't see damage deposit charges required like some other hotels in the area. But to get charged twice, nah.
In a pinch The hotel is not well kept, room was dirty, and the staff was unprofessional. We interacted with staff and she was short and unpleasant. We are very relaxed travelers and don't require a lot. Generally we check in and check out in the morning. We ordered pizza and my husband sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for it to arrive. He said she was rude to all the people in line. She kept saying I'm the only one here and you all will just have to wait while I take a break. I don't think it was all her fault, but I ... read more
Disappointing Way overpriced for the quality. Property was aged and the breakfast quite poor. We waited more than 30 mins for the shuttle after calling the hotel. close to airport
