Disappointing
lay over flight customer service, we tried calling the hotel 5 times and they never answered the phone, we called the head quarter of la quinta and even them couldnt talk to the front desk. Very disappointing for that proximity of the airport

I was very disappointed about the airport shuttle and then the customer service was below par. No shuttle as promised in description. Clean room
Non Satisfied Customer The room was not up to code standards of cleanliness. The tub stopper was lying in the tub. My 7 year old son and I had to sleep on top of the bed coverings due to not clean… old and out dated with cracks around the sink molding and windows. The room door was not very secure. I checked out at 2:15am so my stay was 10 hours and I had not seen a room in this condition paying over $200 a night in my life. The pictures on the site are very misleading. Not very happy. Fair Hotel direkt an der Ab-/ Einflugschneise des Flughafens, dadurch nahezu dauernd Fluglärm zu hören - nichts für leichten Schlaf! Zudem sind immer wieder vorbeifahrende hupende Züge zu hören. Die Krönung war in unserem Zimmer dann noch die tropfende Dusche welche kontinuierlich ein sehr unangenehmes Geräusch von sich gab - dies konnten wir mit einem Handtuch für die eine Nacht selbst beseitigen.
