Convenient location. The hotel is clean but very tired. It's in urgent need of a makeover/updating. The location is very convenient/close to the airport but easy to miss as it's tucked away behind other hotels. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Disappointing
Ok Location I didn’t care for it the Staff was Superior my room smelled so much like a Dog I had to spray my Perfume on the bed and curtains. it literally had me sick to my stomach for that reason is why I gave it a not so favorable review. The room was clean but smelled the Staff was Excellent she went above and beyond to make sure I got a room after it was cancelled. I really appreciate it plus I was able to get in earlier than the normal check in time. 10 **********

Helt klart ett annat hotell nästa gång. Vi bokade ett rum för tre vuxna, fick ett dubbelrum utan möjlighet till extrasäng. Fick så småningom byta rum. Ca fem veckor före vistelsen beställde vi glutenfritt bröd till frukosten. Det fanns inte och personalen i frukostmatsalen visste inte vad gluten var. Frukosten i övrigt var väldigt torftig för att vara ett hotell. På andra ställen i USA var det inga problem med gluten. Nära flygplatsen, bra hotellbuss till flygplatsen.
Practical and fast Breakfast logistics could be very much improved. There was girl called Damairys on the lobby (can´t remember exactly her name!) she needs to be promoted because she was A M A Z I N G! Over the top helpful, nice and sweet!
