Fair it doesn’t have a shuttle after 10pm they provided just two towels, not included wash cloth close to the airport
Disappointing nting Front desk incompetence Front desk did not honour our reservation quoted amount. Charged us significantly more more for each of 5 room. She said her computer could not fix it. Manager would nor come our of her office to talk to us. We were forced to pay. I've never had such terrible service from lequinta, ever. Who should I contact to get my refunds.

Bad Poor customer service It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I checked in, they told me my booking was canceled on their end and they had no idea. They even offered a room that is more expensive than the room I booked. I ended up changing the hotel.
