Mistreatment/ worthless front desk receptionist Kattia was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She talked to me in a very rude way and offer no options for me. my reservation would not pop on their screen, she basically told me that I did nothing and I didn’t have any option but to leave. mistreated me and my group. this woman should be fired ASAP.

I liked the location and the rooms were decent but a lot of things didn't work properly The rust on the shower head, the ants in the sink, there were no visible cameras, none of the outside doors to the stairs locked. The key card didn't work. The staff did a very good job with what they had to work with. It was fairly easy to get in and out of.
