Disappointing
I am a hotelier and while I did not expect the Ritz this place has nothing to recommend it. The grafitti on the ironing the airport shuttle took an hour and a half. the room was really small and dirty. the ac was poor. cannot believe that Wyndham would operate such a place nothing

Very Poor The pool was dirty and unusuable. Tgere was also faeces on the pool deck. There was an unstocked refreshments room- not even water available for my 2 young children. Toilet door in room jammed. Engineer very reluctant to assist us, until manager interviened. We did not stay longer than 4 hours and left the hotel as it was so poor. This was the worst of hotels my family have stayed in. I had a sense the staff were frustrated with the facilities and suppliers. Location and welcome

Just ok The room smelled like mold. It was across from the staff lounge and they were loud like all night. They bothered me more than the airport. That I had a place to sleep

stayed less than 5hrs. dirty. pictures are not accurate at all! nothing.
Horrible and even worse that I was there for less than 8 hrs and hotel wouldn't compensate for anyth Everything! The elevator broke I was supposed to have 2 rooms next to each other had one room on floor 3 and another on 4 had to carry 18 suitcases up all those steps and no one even offered to help. All of those people in that hotel with no elevator was a huge fire hazard in those tiny staircases. Nothing the rooms were dirty trash in the ice bin paid $5 for 2 cans of pop that were warm no bottles of water for me to purchase... read more
