Very Poor porque na hora do meu checking uma senhora que me atendeu estava toda confusa e pediu que passasse mei cartão duas vezes alegando que a primeira vez tinha dado um problema no sistema , só que fui cobrado duas vezes e na hora do checkout mostreis para ela no meu celular as duas cobranças e ela falou que para ela estava tudo certo então para outra funcionária e a mesma disse que falaria com a gerente, mas até agora não recebi nenhuma resposta, então mandei um e-mail para gere e até agora não recebi nenhuma resposta. ... read more

I would not go back. The only 3 staff were friendly were the front desk lady one cleaning lady and t We had to ask to clean room there were no towels available and your cleaning staff was not friendly. Except for one nice lady The staff and location
We will not be using this hotel again. Reception staff was very rude and upsetting. She gave us a hard time about our Visa which was her mistake not mine. She said the wrong card number was given and she now had to do a credit. Her mistake cost me almost $15.00 US. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
